The artist behind Wind Weaving Designs feels confident in the quality of service offered by the USPS, provides tracked and insured priority mail, or UPS Ground delivery for orders containing more than 70lbs of materials.
Most orders qualify for 2-Day shipping within the U.S. Custom orders and larger orders require 5-7 days for shipping, and up to two weeks for design/fabrication from the time of initial order.

Please keep in mind that all items for sale are hand-crafted, packaged with the utmost care, and most of them made to order so we ask that you allow up to two weeks for production and fabrication of custom orders before anticipating the estimated shipping time. Please be aware that some items may vary in pattern or design because of the inherent qualities of the materials used in production.

All purchases are final, some exclusions may apply in exchange for store credit but will rarely be eligible for replacement due to the singularity of most items in the WWD inventory.
