Shipping & Returns

Wind Weaving Designs is confident in the quality of services offered by the USPS for shipping orders up to 70lbs. (31.5kg), and UPS store for orders  greater than 70lbs. (31.5kg).  The cost of shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

Most orders qualify for USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the United States. Once shipped most orders will arrive between 3~5 standard business days.  Packages over 70lbs. (31.5kg) ship via UPS Ground delivery and arrive between 1~5 standard business days; all packages will be tracked and insured.

Keep in mind that most all items for sale in the Wind Weaving Designs shop are hand~crafted, made to order, and packaged with the utmost care.

Custom creations and wholesale inquiries will begin production and fabrication after a brief consultation to determine the specifications of your order.  Anticipate up to two weeks time from the date of initial order for the process of design, production,  and fabrication before receiving notification of the estimated shipping time.

Be aware that some items in our inventory may vary slightly in pattern, shape, weight, or design, because of the inherent qualities of the materials used in production.
